Registered ITU Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of care to critically ill patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider healthcare team
• Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs, responding swiftly to changes in their condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely, following protocols and guidelines
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration
• Interest in or experience in critical care
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
• Compliance with DBS, Occupational Health, and Clinical References
• Right to work within the UK
