About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of care to critically ill patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider healthcare team
- Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs, responding swiftly to changes in their condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely, following protocols and guidelines
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration
- Interest in or experience in critical care
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
- Compliance with DBS, Occupational Health, and Clinical References
- Right to work within the UK
