About the role
Responsibilities
- Assessment planning and implementation of care including completion of documents
- Observe and record the condition of patients
- Coordinate and manage care for the patients, while working closely with other healthcare professionals
- Supervising junior staff
- Provide information and emotional support to patients and relatives
- Administer medication via appropriate route
- Discharge planning
Requirements
- NMC Registration (minimum 6 months)
- Minimum 6 months experience post qualification as a Registered General Nurse
- Compliance with requirements including DBS
- Right to work in the UK
