About the role
Responsibilities
- Administration of medication via appropriate route
- Communicate with patients and their families by providing information and support
- Assessment planning and implementation of care including completion of documentation
- Monitor patient progress
- Supervising of junior and non-qualified staff
- Discharge planning
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience post qualifications as a Registered General Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Compliance with DBS requirements
