Registered Domiciliary Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch activities and lead a dedicated care team, including Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors
• Ensure the availability of suitably qualified care workers to meet service demands
• Maintain high standards of care and ensure all processes are correctly controlled and documented
• Oversee compliance for quality regarding internal standards, regulators, and contract holders
• Drive branch growth and manage commercial performance

Requirements

• NVQ Level 5 qualification or currently working towards it
• Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Deep knowledge of CQC standards
• Proven budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills
• Experience in leadership roles within the care sector

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator looking to step up into management
