About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide education and consultation on health, diet, nutrition, and activity levels
- Offer 1:1 support in developing realistic health, diet, exercise, and nutrition plans based on individual preferences, needs, and abilities
- Collaborate with ACCS team to support goal achievement and intervention follow-through
- Develop and implement creative nutrition interventions within the context of mental and behavioral health
- Conduct nutrition screenings, assessments, and documentation, and facilitate care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
- Completed ACEND accredited dietetic internship
- CDR credentials (RDN)
- State Licensure (LDN)
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
