Registered Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough oral assessments to identify patient oral health conditions
• Clean and remove plaque, tartar, and stains using dental instruments
• Administer local anesthesia as required for dental procedures
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and recommend care products
• Take dental X-rays and process them for dentist evaluation
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride varnishes and sealants
• Conduct periodontal charting and assist in identifying and treating gum diseases
• Support office coordination and additional responsibilities as needed
• Work Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends or late evenings

Requirements

• Active Dental Hygienist state licensure
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma
• New graduates encouraged to apply
