Registered Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures
• Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide postoperative care education
• Document patient encounters and surgical procedures accurately
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories and equipment
• Perform monthly office safety and compliance checks
• Maintain controlled substance safety protocols and documentation

Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• Basic life support certification or DAANCE certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental experience
• Experience as an oral surgery assistant
• Some college education
