Registered Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, completing digital charting and verifying codes
• Capture quality x-ray images and assist dentists with treatment procedures
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms following cross-contamination standards
• Discuss treatment options and guide patients through post-care instructions
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement with required certifications
• Support appointment scheduling and create positive patient environments
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and assist with patient dismissal

Requirements

• Texas Registered Dental Assistant license
• Digital x-ray and digital charting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business environments
• High engagement with leadership and company values
• Strong task completion and dedication to detail
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Prompt, timely attendance and amazing customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing certifications
• Company provides certification courses for candidates with 2+ years of experience
