Registered Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with dental procedures using proper terminology, materials, medications, and instruments
• Clean, sterilize, and set up instrument trays
• Maintain and test equipment such as sterilizers, x-ray dosimetry, and processors
• Pour models and conduct dental lab procedures
• Instruct patients in oral hygiene and preventive care
• Chart and document exam findings in patient records
• Maintain clean, orderly, and well-stocked operatories and laboratory
• Follow protective protocols to ensure personal and team safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• X-Ray license
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children
• Upbeat personality
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
