Registered Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors in cultivating relationships
• Execute money movement transactions and manage client account documentation
• Answer non-investment related questions regarding account balances, stock positions, and funds due
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting required documentation and profile information
• Educate and enroll clients in digital tools such as eSign and eAuthorization
• Manage administrative tasks including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and travel itineraries
• Prepare and submit expense reports and assist with general office support functions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
• Active Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and Series 65
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, and mutual funds
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and client service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
