Registered Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors and teams in cultivating and enhancing client relationships
• Execute money movement transactions and manage client account documentation
• Answer non-investment related questions regarding account balances and stock positions
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting required documentation
• Educate and enroll clients in digital tools such as eSign and eAuthorization
• Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel itineraries, and expense reporting
• Assist with marketing strategies and general in-office support functions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency (College degree preferred)
• Active Series 7 (GS) license
• Active Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) license
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, and mutual funds
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and client service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in the financial services industry
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
