Registered Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs) and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) on a daily basis.
• Execute money movement transactions and assist with client account onboarding and maintenance.
• Answer non-investment related questions regarding client accounts, including account balances and stock positions.
• Educate and enroll clients in digital tools such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
• Manage administrative tasks including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, travel itineraries, and expense reporting.
• Support marketing strategies and assist teams in delivering against business plans and client service models.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency (College degree preferred).
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses.
• Strong knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, and annuities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and client service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience within the financial services industry.
