Registered Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades.
• Manage client meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing agendas, summarizing meetings, and providing follow-up.
• Oversee new business paperwork, ensuring efficient submission of forms, tracking insurance applications, and coordinating rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events by managing vendors, finalizing details, and handling compliance documentation.
• Perform administrative duties such as processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, and managing advisor communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client service environment.
• Series 7 or the ability to obtain it within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within 150 days.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.
