About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades.
- Manage client meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing agendas, summarizing meetings, and providing follow-up.
- Oversee new business paperwork, ensuring efficient submission of forms, tracking insurance applications, and coordinating rollovers.
- Coordinate marketing events by managing vendors, finalizing details, and handling compliance documentation.
- Perform administrative duties such as processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, and managing advisor communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client service environment.
- Series 7 or the ability to obtain it within 150 days.
- State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within 150 days.
- Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
- Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.
