Registered Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling, building agendas, and providing vital follow-up
• Ensure efficient submission of new business paperwork, including form preparation and tracking insurance applications
• Coordinate marketing events by organizing details, contacting vendors, and managing compliance documentation
• Perform general administrative duties such as processing expense reports and preparing routine client correspondence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days
• Experience working in a client service environment
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer software and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications

• State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days
