Registered Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling, building agendas, and providing vital follow-up
• Manage new business paperwork, including form preparation, signature acquisition, and tracking insurance applications
• Coordinate marketing events by organizing vendors, finalizing details, and managing compliance documentation
• Perform general administrative duties such as processing expense reports and preparing client correspondence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client service environment
• Series 7 license or the ability to obtain it within 150 days
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within 150 days
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• State IAR registration (S65 or S66)
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts
