Registered Client Relationship Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors in cultivating relationships
• Execute money movement transactions and answer non-investment related questions regarding client accounts
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting required documentation and entering profile information
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing travel itineraries
• Support marketing strategies and assist with research relating to investment portfolio holdings and performance reporting
• Educate clients on digital tools and assist with data entry for new account openings and financial planning

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency (College degree preferred)
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, and mutual funds
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and client service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
