Registered Client Associate

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with accurate client information
• Educate clients on various account services and capabilities
• Prepare reports and other essential materials for client meetings
• Collect necessary documentation for opening new accounts and processing service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain relevant marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed and organized calendar of activities

Requirements

• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses
• 3-5 years of client service experience, ideally within the finance sector
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or an equivalent field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and solid interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin
