Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Collect data and submit clinical documentation to track patient progress
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Support speech and occupational therapy sessions as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days of employment
• Background in psychology, special education, speech pathology, or related field preferred
• Dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic personality
