Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism in a clinic-based setting
• Collect data and submit clinical documentation to track patient progress over time
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by the BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Degree (or in progress) in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work, or Counseling preferred
• Experience working with children, caregiving, teaching, or related fields preferred
