About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic-based setting
  • Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
  • Collect data and submit clinical documentation to track patient progress
  • Communicate professionally with clinical management and families
  • Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
  • Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain RBT Certification within 60 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree (in progress or completed) in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work, or Counseling
  • Experience working with children in roles such as paraprofessional, teacher, tutor, coach, camp counselor, or caregiver
