Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Passion for helping families with autism
• Degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work, or Counseling preferred
