Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Requirements

• Current RBT Certification
• Active CPR Certification (required within first 30 days)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and engage in active play

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology
• Background in special education, psychology, or a related field
