About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by supervising BCBAs
- Document and submit clinical session notes and data logs within 24 hours
- Collect and report client performance data using specialized tools
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to meet BACB standards
- Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure consistent care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
Requirements
- Active RBT certification listed in the BACB registry
- Minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health
- Availability for both daytime and evening shifts
- Reliable transportation for commuting to client sites
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
