Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by supervising BCBAs
• Document and submit clinical session notes and data logs within 24 hours
• Collect and report client performance data using specialized tools
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to meet BACB standards
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure consistent care
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality

Requirements

• Active RBT certification listed in the BACB registry
• Minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health
• Availability for both daytime and evening shifts
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client sites
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
