Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child's progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred
• Comfort working with children and ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
