Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Create engaging learning experiences that foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness
• Use positive reinforcement and clear communication to support children's progress
• Complete daily progress notes and intervention documentation
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and child-sized furniture, and move quickly from seated to running stance
• College enrollment or degree preferred
