Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in center, home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision
• Collect electronic data and complete daily session notes in relevant databases
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA regarding client progress
• Travel to multiple locations throughout the workday as directed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Complete paid 40-hour RBT training and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days if not already certified
• Complete paid CPR training within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children between the ages of 1–8
