Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment (if not already certified)
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire
• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy in center, home, school, and community settings
• Collect electronic data and complete daily session notes in relevant databases
• Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children between ages 1 and 8
