About the role
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children receiving ABA therapy in center, home, school, and community settings
- Collect electronic data and complete daily session notes per BCBA programming
- Maintain open communication with supervising BCBA on client progress
- Complete paid 40-hour RBT training and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Travel flexibly between multiple locations throughout the workday
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Experience working with children ages 1–8
