Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children receiving ABA therapy in center, home, school, and community settings
• Collect electronic data and complete daily session notes per BCBA programming
• Maintain open communication with supervising BCBA on client progress
• Complete paid 40-hour RBT training and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
• Travel flexibly between multiple locations throughout the workday

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children ages 1–8
