Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Collect electronic data related to programming developed by the BCBA
• Complete daily session notes and upload to relevant databases
• Maintain communication with BCBA regarding client progress
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center settings
• Travel to multiple locations throughout the workday as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days if not already certified
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children between ages 1-8
