Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in center, home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision
• Collect electronic data and complete daily session notes according to BCBA programming
• Maintain open communication with supervising BCBA on client progress
• Travel between multiple locations throughout the workday as scheduled

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Complete paid 40-hour RBT training and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days if not already certified
• Complete paid CPR training within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children between ages 1-8
