About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during evening hours
- Accurately record client progress and maintain clinical documentation
- Complete all documentation within 48 hours of each session
- Ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA-compliant
- Work closely with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care
- Participate in continuous training and supervision
Requirements
- RBT Certification (completed 40-hour training, passed competency assessment, and passed BACB exam)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field preferred
- Availability for after school hours (4pm-7pm)
- Reliable transportation for client sessions
