Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during evening hours
• Accurately record client progress and maintain clinical documentation
• Complete all documentation within 48 hours of each session
• Ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA-compliant
• Work closely with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care
• Participate in continuous training and supervision

Requirements

• RBT Certification (completed 40-hour training, passed competency assessment, and passed BACB exam)
• Availability during after-school hours (3pm-7pm)
• Reliable transportation for client sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field
