Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase client skills
• Record progress accurately in Central Reach data collection system
• Facilitate social groups utilizing daily agendas and focused social skills goals
• Direct RBTs with clients according to established rules and expectations

Requirements

• 1+ years experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Consistent availability on Saturdays and some availability during the week
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• TRICARE-certified
• Bachelor's degree
