About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner
- Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments during sessions
- Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and participate in group sessions
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs
- Bilingual skills
