About the Company

Highlights Healthcare provides diagnosis and early intervention ABA therapy services for children with autism. We specialize in serving young learners and families with Medicaid benefits, using evidence-based ABA treatments to increase socially significant behavior.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner
• Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments during sessions
• Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and participate in group sessions
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to embrace instruction and feedback
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal history background check
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs
• Bilingual skills
