About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Create engaging learning experiences and use positive reinforcement to help children build skills
- Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plans
- Foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness
- Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- College enrollment or degree preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and child-sized furniture, and move quickly from seated to running stance
