Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and complete daily progress notes
• Use positive reinforcement to build functional communication and school readiness skills
• Support families in applying strategies at home and in the community

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• College enrollment or degree
• Active RBT certification
