About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- RBT/CBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training
- Active CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, and sit on the floor
