About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a center-based setting
- Teach essential communication, play, daily living, and social skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Use evidence-based strategies to support child development and growth
- Track client progress and document meaningful milestones
Requirements
- Passion for working with and helping young children
- Patient, dependable, and energetic personality
- Ability to actively engage in play and physical activities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety
- Nails must be no longer than 1/4 inch past the fingertip
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing RBT certification
