Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a center-based setting
• Teach essential communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Use evidence-based strategies to support child development and growth
• Track client progress and document meaningful milestones

Requirements

• Passion for working with and helping young children
• Patient, dependable, and energetic personality
• Ability to actively engage in play and physical activities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety
• Nails must be no longer than 1/4 inch past the fingertip

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing RBT certification
