Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a vibrant, center-based setting
• Teach essential communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
• Track progress and document meaningful milestones

Requirements

• Passion for helping young children
• Patient, dependable, and energetic presence
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety
• Nails must be no longer than 1/4 inch past the fingertip

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior RBT certification (we provide paid certification support for those without it)
• Desire to grow into leadership or clinical roles
