Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support
• Work directly with students with significant behavioral and instructional needs
• Implement crisis management plans and complex verbal behavior programming
• Perform extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis
• Practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Active National RBT certification
• Availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar
• Current certification in CPR/First Aid
• Safety Care Training certification (De-escalation, Escorts & Restraints)
• Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI)
• Current TB screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with individuals with special needs
