About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support
- Work directly with students with significant behavioral and instructional needs
- Implement crisis management plans and complex verbal behavior programming
- Perform extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis
- Practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Active National RBT certification
- Availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar
- Current certification in CPR/First Aid
- Safety Care Training certification (De-escalation, Escorts & Restraints)
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI)
- Current TB screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with individuals with special needs
