About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA
- Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions
- Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times
- Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child's developmental goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism
