Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy
• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass BACB exam within 30 days
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire
• Perform electronic data collection based on BCBA programming
• Complete and upload daily session notes
• Maintain communication with BCBA regarding client progress
• Provide therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Maintain flexibility to work at multiple locations

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, and stand for long periods
• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• College Graduate
• Previous experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children aged 1-8
