Behavior Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS) was established in 2003 and was built on Behavior Analysts’ passion to serve the needs of children and families seeking answers. BASS works to ensure that the children it serves reach their potential through intensive ABA centers throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Complete 40-hour RBT training course and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire
• Perform electronic data collection related to programming developed by the BCBA
• Complete daily notes and upload them into relevant databases
• Maintain open lines of communication with BCBA regarding client progress
• Maintain flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• College Graduate
• Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children between the ages of 1-8
