Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness
• Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals
• Support clients in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule and attend required meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB
• 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services
• State of AZ Article 9 Training
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• State of AZ Prevention and Support Training
• Knowledge of ABA Ethical Guidelines
• Completion of Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
• AzAHP Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
