About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch support to employees, including wayfinding, tools, and information.
- Act as the first line of response for employee questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure daily space readiness by assessing workspaces, conference rooms, and offices.
- Proactively identify and report maintenance needs or repairs via work orders.
- Welcome employees and guests to create a professional and positive first impression.
- Educate users on equipment, workplace protocols, and space etiquette.
- Collect and share "voice of the customer" data to improve service delivery.
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the Workplace Experience team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in real estate services, hospitality, retail, or customer service, OR a college degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week (24 hours per week total).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with executive-level clients.
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive, "can-do" mentality.
