Regional VP of P&C Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee overall business operations for P&C within a defined region
• Collaborate with Regional Sales and Finance Leaders to manage regional P&L, profitability, and growth
• Optimize processes and service models to create a flawless client experience
• Define, execute, and manage standard operating procedures and drive process improvements
• Ensure business units adhere to defined workflows, service standards, and regulatory compliance
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key operational metrics to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and implement operational systems that provide visibility into goals and progress
• Set and attain regional performance goals through team direction and management
• Oversee utilization, capacity planning, and talent development within the region

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10+ years of industry experience in an agency environment
• Background in Operations, Account Management, and/or Loss Control
• Proven track record of successful leadership and growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
