Regional Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage Regional Supervisors to ensure deliverables are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Provide comprehensive direction for all property operations within the assigned portfolio to achieve financial and business objectives
• Review portfolio performance, including marketing, leasing, pricing, and financial strategies
• Administer approved annual regional budgets and monitor operating budget status
• Maintain liaison relationships between owners and the portfolio management team
• Manage large volumes of data to develop in-depth analysis and actionable insights for business operations
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Monitor resident satisfaction, retention, and overall customer service quality

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of multi-family property management experience
• At least 4+ years of experience as a Regional VP of Property Operations
• Strong understanding of real estate operations, including asset management, budgeting, and personnel management
• Proven leadership experience overseeing Regional Property Managers and property operations
• Knowledge of industry standards, human resources laws, and employee relations
• High computer proficiency, specifically with Yardi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
