About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of account executives selling to enterprise-level companies
  • Recruit, hire, and train a winning sales team
  • Manage sales pipeline and mentor opportunities through the sales process
  • Provide accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to senior management
  • Partner with field marketing and demand generation to execute successful campaigns
  • Manage significant client escalations and issues
  • Implement strategies to expand existing accounts and capture new logos
  • Collaborate across functions including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with enterprise software
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance sales teams
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
