Giga is a voice AI startup that recently raised a $61M Series A. The company builds real-time AI agents that understand emotion and resolve issues instantly, serving Fortune 500 customers and industry leaders like DoorDash across voice, chat, and email workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Directors responsible for new and expansion bookings
- Develop and manage productivity metrics including deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy
- Coach Enterprise Sales Directors through building executive relationships and navigating complex negotiations
- Shape the direction of the GTM strategy and execution for your region
- Establish a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days
- Deliver strategic growth plans and ensure forecast accuracy in collaboration with function leaders
- Report on revenue forecasts and strategic GTM initiatives
Requirements
- Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in CX, AI, Cloud, or SaaS
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies
- Ability to recruit and hire top sales talent
- Expertise in methodology-based sales coaching, specifically MEDDPICC and Challenger mentality
- Experience in value-based sales with C-suite, business, and IT stakeholders
- Success implementing strategies for consumption and commitment-based revenue models
- Strong track record of coaching and individual contributor closing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, automation, or CX transformation solutions
- Familiarity with large-scale deployments in financial services, telecom, travel, hospitality, logistics, or retail sectors
